Service Agreement, Not a Contract
• Our pest control services are covered by a service agreement, not a contract.
• You can cancel anytime, for any reason, with no penalties.

• Most clients choose monthly or quarterly pest control services because of the strong pest guarantees we offer.
• Quarterly services can be broken down into affordable monthly payments for your convenience.

Coverage Under Service Agreement Our service guarantees that you will not have the following pests alive inside covered structures:
• Wood cockroaches
• Earwigs
• Silverfish
• Fire ants
• Sugar ants
*** Dead or dying bugs are a sign that the service is working! ***

Included Extra Treatments at No Additional Cost During each service visit, we also:
• Spot-treat fire ant mounds within 20 feet of covered structures.
• Treat for red wasps on the structure.
• Treat spiders on the structure. (Note: spiders are difficult to guarantee — see below.)

Important Notes About Spider Control While we treat for spiders, they are difficult to guarantee because:
• Their bodies are covered in microscopic hairs that prevent treatments from sticking well.
• Spiders do not groom their legs and feet as often as cockroaches, making them less likely to ingest treatment.

First Service Expectations
• During the first service, we usually treat both inside and outside.
• After that, we treat outside only and inside as needed moving forward.
• It’s normal to see pest activity for a few days after your first treatment — pests are coming into contact with the product.

Communication and Scheduling
• We never show up unannounced.
• You’ll receive a text and email reminder the evening before your service, plus a text reminder the morning of your service.
• If severe weather prevents treatment, we will automatically reschedule you and send updated reminders.

Pest Warranty Terms
• The pest guarantee remains active as long as regular services are maintained without interruption.
• If you ever experience live pest activity covered under the agreement, just call or text us — we’ll come back out at no extra cost.

Single Treatment Terms (One-Time Service)
• Single pest control treatments do NOT include pest guarantees.
• If additional treatment is needed within 30 days of a single service, we offer half-price retreats.
• Infestations occurring after 30 days from the original treatment date are considered a new infestation, and full price is required to treat.

Child and Pet Safety
• We carefully apply treatments, and they are safe for children and pets once dry.

Billing and Payments
• Invoices are emailed after each service.
• Autopay is available for easy, stress-free billing.
