• Our treatments help break the mosquito life cycle and reduce both current and future populations.
• Each treatment typically provides approximately 3–4 weeks of control, depending on weather and environmental factors.

It’s normal to see a few mosquitoes after treatment — they are encountering the product. Reduced mosquito activity should be noticeable within 24–48 hours.
Included Extras at No Additional Cost During your mosquito service, we also:
• Apply larvicide to standing water where appropriate.
• Provide tips and suggestions to reduce mosquito breeding sites on your property.
• Monitor your yard for new mosquito activity or conducive conditions.
• Offer pre-event treatments — just let us know if you have a special outdoor event coming up, and we can treat a few business days in advance to help ensure you’re mosquito-free for your gathering.

Important Customer Requirements
• Please flag any fruit-bearing plants prior to your service. We avoid treating these areas per product label requirements.
• We also avoid flowering plants as much as possible to help protect our local bee population and pollinators.

First Service Expectations
• During the first visit, we thoroughly inspect your yard and apply mosquito treatment across key areas.
• Ongoing visits focus on maintaining a protective barrier and treating any new breeding grounds.
• You’ll likely see immediate improvement, but best results occur after a couple of consistent services.

Communication and Scheduling
• We never show up unannounced.
• You’ll receive a text and email reminder the evening before, plus a text reminder the morning of your service.
• If rain or high winds prevent treatment, we will automatically reschedule and send updated reminders.

Mosquito Warranty Terms
• The mosquito guarantee remains valid as long as regular service is maintained without interruption.
• If mosquito activity returns between visits, just call or text us — we’ll retreat at no extra cost.

Single Treatment Terms (One-Time Service)
• One-time mosquito treatments are ideal for special events but do not include a recurring guarantee.
• We recommend monthly service for lasting results.

Child and Pet Safety
• All mosquito treatments are carefully applied and safe for children and pets once dry.
